What lands in your inbox.
After Alto’s nightly refresh, the Daily Recap is emailed to the people you choose, with a PDF attached. It covers your last completed business day and shows when its data was last refreshed.
- Net production, income, and new patients for the month, each against your goal, with how far ahead or behind you are and the month-end pace.
- Production already scheduled for the rest of the month, and where the month lands if it is all completed.
- Key metrics for the day, the week, the month, the same month last year, and the year to date: net production, scheduled production, income, collection percentage, hygiene reappointment, and new patients.
- Payments and adjustments by type, for the day and the month.
- A provider summary with new patients and patients treated.
When a figure can’t be verified, the recap shows a dash instead of a number. Choose a light or dark design, or both, and require a passcode to open the PDF if you like.

Data handling

- Alto runs on Amazon Web Services in an account covered by AWS's Business Associate Addendum, using HIPAA-eligible services.
- Encryption
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice before connecting to practice data.
